About the Role

As the Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be joining a small, close-knit team of 4, reporting to a much-loved Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time role on a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday, with penalty rates and time in lieu on offer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process sales orders into the system
  • Raise sales invoices to customers
  • Organise deliveries with customers and suppliers
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date

About You

  • Previous experience in order processing, customer service, sales support or administration
  • Friendly and a great communicator
